Apartment Dolce vita is a new building (built in 2014) located in the district of Cimizin in Poreč, cca 800 m from Porec old town and only a few minutes walk from the nearest beach. The house has several apartments and private parking. The homeowner does not live in the house. The supermarket is only 150 meters away and there is a children's playground in front of the house.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of the house on 57m2 large area and consists of fully equipped kitchen, dining table and pullout couch for 1-2 people, the 16m2 bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower / WC. Air conditioning and wireless internet connection are available and included in the price.
