Luxury house near Porec

This vacation home deserves 5 stars. The house itself was luxury and contained everything you could dream off. The host was very welcoming and friendly and helped with the questions we had. The house is located 9 km from Porec, but very close to the high way, so it was easy to go on day trips. We had the house with pool for ourselves for the whole week and did hardly see any neighbourgs. We would go there again if we come to Croatia.

Das Haus war genau wie beschrieben, es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte und sehr sauber. Die Lage ist zentral, so dass man viele Ausflugsziele schnell erreicht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit.

Absolut traumhafte Villa

Ich weiß gar nicht wo ich anfangen soll, aber diese Unterkunft hat alles bisherige übertroffen. Vom absolut herzlichen Empfang der Gastgeberin ❤️, bis zum traumhaften Haus wo keine Wünsche übrig bleiben. Alles ist blitzblank sauber und es wurde an wirklich alles gedacht. Hier merkt man wie viel Liebe, Zeit und Arbeit von den Gastgebern in dieses tolle Haus gesteckt wurde. Noch NIE im Urlaub so fantastisch geschlafen, absolute Ruhe und Entspannung. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und freuen uns schon sehr auf unseren nächsten Urlaub in der Villa Gemelle. Vielen Dank liebe Sanja für diesen traumhaften Urlaub ❤️

Großartige Ferienvilla

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa Gemelle. Die Vermieterin Sanja hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und uns mit mit typisch istrichen Köstlichkeiten begrüßt. Die Villa war super sauber und es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Sie ist mit hochwertig und modern eingerichtet. Besonders toll war der große Kühlschrank mit der Eiswürfelfunktion. Leider konnten wir den großen Pool nicht nutzen, weil nicht so großes Glück mit dem Wetter hatten. Die Lage ist ruhig, aber trotzdem mit dem Auto zentral gelegen und alle Orte sind schnell zu erreichen. Am Ende des Urlaubs bekamen wir von Sanja selbstgemachtes Olivenöl. Es war eine tolle Woche in der Villa Gemelle und wir kommen bestimmt bald wieder.

Tolle Villa mit allem was man sich wünscht

ein wundeschönes neuwertiges und sehr gepflegtes Haus mit phantastischem Schwimmbad und einer cleveren Raumaufteilung. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein großes Bad mit sehr großzügiger Dusche und Toilette. Es sind reichlich Handtücher vorhanden und auch die Küchenausstattung ist umfangreich und komplett. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, selbt ein Kaffeeautomat ist vorhanden. Allein die Lage in einem Neubaugebiet mit unbefestigten Straßen und die Umgebung sind icht sehr schön, aber im Haus oder im Garten sieht man davon sehr wenig. Man ist in 15 Minuten in Porec und auch zu den Stränden ist es nicht viel weiter.Einkaufen kann man in Porec bei großen Märkten wie Kaufland, Lidl oder einheimischen Dicountern, aber der tägliche Fischmarkt in Porec ist der Hammer, riesen Auswahl an frischen Fischen und Meeresfrüchten aber auch Fleisch, Obst und Gemüse sind dort zu finden. Wir haben geplant wieder zu kommen. Beim Schwimmbad fehlt ein Geländer an der Treppe, das ist für ältere Menschen schon sehr beschwerlich.

Schönes und sehr sauberes Haus

Das Haus ist prima, es fehlt an nichts. Es ist extrem sauber und gepflegt. Sowohl innen als auch im Garten und Pool. Die Kommunikation ist super gelaufen und wir haben viele Tips für Restaurants bekommen.

Super tolle Unterkunft. Sehr sauber und modern Ausgestattet. Ruhige Lage genau das richtige um einen entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen. Der Pool ist zur jeder Tages Zeit nutzbar. Die Gastgeber sind super lieb und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir können die Unterkunft sowie die Gastgeber zu100%weiterempfehlen

Diese Gastgeber und dieses Haus können wir ohne wenn und aber nur empfehlen. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber hatten auch immer Tips für Ausflüge und Restaurants parat.

Ein wünderschöner Urlaub in einem tollen Haus.

Wir waren schon sehr häufig in Istrien in Villen mit Pool. Dieses Haus hat jedoch alles getoppt. Wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt, was damit begann, dass wir sehr herzlich von der Eigentümerin begrüßt wurden (mit selbstgemachter Wurst, Salami, Käse und frischen Brötchen). Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Eiswürfelzubreiter im riesen Kühlschrank. Das Haus ist übrigens mir sehr viel Liebe im Detail eingerichtet. Die Nähe zum Nachbarhaus (es waren dort 6 Gäste) hat überhaupt nicht gestört und die Bauarbeiten (Straße) waren ebenfalls nicht störend. Danke für denn tollen Urlaub, haben bereits für nächstes Jahr gebucht unf freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen. Rainer + Kerstin

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir haben unsern Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus war für uns perfekt. Mit dem Auto ist es nur eine kurze Fahrt bis Porec, Novigrad, Pula … uns hat die Lage gepasst. Daher können wir das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Wir hatten mit 2 Familien eine sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus in Kroatien. Die Lage ist perfekt für alles, ob Ausflüge in die umliegenden Städte oder als Startpunkt für Radfahrrunden in der Umgebung. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und antwortete kurzfristig auf alle unsere Fragen.

Sehr schönes Haus mit super Ausstattung

Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und hat hochwertige Geräte. Alles ist sehr neu und gut gepflegt. Man hat sich direkt angekommen gefühlt. Super Außenküche mit tollem Gasgrill. Alles hat sehr gut funktioniert. Die Eismaschine und den Wasserspender inkl. Filter haben wir lieben gelernt 😁. Die Inhaber waren sehr nett und haben bei Fragen direkt geholfen. Wir würden, falls es erneut passt, sehr gerne erneut in dieser Wohnung unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Klasse Villa - herzliche Vermieter

Wir wurden herzlich von der Vermieterin empfangen und hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Villa. Wir waren sehr oft in dem wundervollen Pool. Die Kinder haben sich riesig darüber gefreut. Die Villa ist wie auf den Bildern. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad! Alles sehr durchdacht, draußen ist sogar ein extra Wc. Wir haben auch mit dem Grill ein Barbecue gemacht(Gasflasche vorhanden). Wir waren mit Kindern und Babys da. Im Umkreis waren wir spazieren, es ist sehr ruhig dort. Ausflüge haben wir mit dem Auto gemacht. Einkäufe waren schnell und einfach bei Lidl. Die Orte Porec und Pula haben wir besucht. Vielen Dank für die einfache Kommunikation und die tolle Gastfreundschaft! Liebe Grüße Vanessa

Topvilla in Bonaci

De villa was top. De ontvangst door de gastvrouw en heer waren super. De villa was zeer goed gelegen; 15min van Porec, 30 min van Rovinj, 20min van aquacolors, en zo veel meer. De villa en de foto's in de advertentie kwamen exact overeen. De kids hebben zich zeer goed geamuseerd in het mooie zwembad. Binnen was het lekker fris door de airco. Kortom supervilla in mooie streek.

Traumhaus

Wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben ein top gepflegtes Haus vorgefunden. Es ist alles wie auf den Bildern beschreiben. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und hilfsbereit und es ist alles kein Problem. Sie spricht sehr gut deutsch das ist sehr angenehm. Das Haus hat für jedes Schlafzimmer ein separates Bad Klimaanlage und Fernseher. Betten sind sehr bequem. Im gesamten Haus fehlt es an nichts. Man hat alles. Die Einrichtung ist sehr hochwertig. Kühlschrank mit Eiswürfel top!Küche ist auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig aber dennoch ist man in 10 Minuten in Porec und sämtliche Ausflugsziele sind in direkter Nähe. Es gibt im nächsten Dorf einen kleinen Supermarkt mit Bäcker 3-4 Minuten mit dem Auto. Also es war ein richtiger schöner Urlaub und wie schon mehrfach beschrieben ist das Haus ein Traum und alles sehr hochwertig und die Vermieter sind super egal was man braucht man kann ihr jederzeit schreiben und sind sehr hilfsbereit. Schöner kann Urlaub nicht sein

Wir wurden super nett von unseren Gastgebern empfangen. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen. Nach Porec sind es gerade einmal 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Ein besser ausgestattetes Haus kann man sich gar nicht vorstellen. Es fehlt an nichts. Der Außenbereich mit der Küche und dem großen Pool, ein Traum! In diesem Haus und in der Lage kann man sich auch mit 8 Personen sehr wohlfühlen. Wir kommen sehr, sehr gerne wieder!!!

Hallo, alles war wunderbar. Picobello sauber, wunderschön eingerichtet. Es ist eine durchdachte Villa. Es fehlt an überhaupt gar nichts. Vom korkenzieher bis zur Aussenkueche ist alles vorhanden. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war herzlich freundlich. Das Haus liegt ruhig, man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Fuer Party muss man nach Porec fahren. Fantastischer Familien-Urlaub

Wir buchen für unseren Familien-Urlaub immer ein ganzes Haus, Pool ist ein Must-Have und mit Teenagern sind genug Schlaf- und Badezimmer ein Bonus. Selten haben wir ein so toll ausgestattetes Haus gefunden. Alles da, alles neu, alles funktioniert, alles reichhaltig. Dazu noch ruhig, trotz der Nähe zur Schnellstraße, davon merkt man nichts. Der Aussenbereich mit Pool und Grill ist ein Traum. Gefühlt haben wir eigentlich nur Zeit draußen verbracht, drinnen war dann Abkühlung von den heissen Tagen und auch Abenden. Und wenn man mit Brötchen und Melone so herzlich begrüßt wird, dann kann es nur gut werden. Einfach eine tolle Betreuung vor Ort, Spitze. P.S. Für mich als Läufer: Direkter Zugang zu einem Waldstück, in dem man im Schatten seine 10km Runde laufen kann
