Zentrale Lage

Bei Ankunft war der Kühlschrank kaputt und es waren noch Reste von Lebensmitteln im Kühlschrank und im Vorratsschrank. Kaffeemaschine ist sehr verkalkt, brauchte für 4 Tassen eine halbe Stunde! Das Besteck war für 4 Personen nicht komplett! Air Kondition im oberen Teil ging die ersten 4 Tage nicht und 2 Personen mussten auf der Couch schlafen. Im oberen Bad ist kein Spiegel und wenn man größer ist als 1Meter 60 cm konnte man nur im Sitzen duschen. Plus,:Neuer Kühlschrank und die Wohnung sauber.

Valt te verbeteren..

Veel trappen met scherpe randen, bank heel klein voor twee volwassen om op te slapen keuken inhoud slecht. Geen schil mes en geen water koker bijvoorbeeld. Wasmachine wast niet goed. Verder internet kregen we naar 3dagen vragen en bed linnen naar een week niet verschoond. Was wel knus., leuke balkon en midden in het centrum

Der Eingang ist ungünstig wenn mann in die Ferienhaus gehen will muß man quasi durch Restaurant gehen. Im Balkonboden ein ca.1mx1m Fenster was blöd ist.

S restauraciou pod oknom mate ranajky takmer do postele, napriek tomu hluk neprekaza.. Bytik je super pre 2 pary. Ak si chcete varit, bude to trochu komplikovanejsie... Inak idealne, vsade je to blizko.. A ak budete mili, mozete ziskat bonus v podobe ranajok (naozaj stoja za to) fo free..

bonne location

L'appartement est bien situé tout près du centre de Porec et à 200 mètres de la plage. Le seul inconvénient est qu'elle se situe dans une rue piétonne au dessus de restaurants. Il faut donc amener les valises et affaires à pied. De plus, c'est un peu bruyant le soir (mais pas trop tard). Pas de cafetière pour le café du matin, sinon tout le reste est OK. Petite terrasse bien ombragée appréciable pour les repas. La clim est appréciable l'été. En bref une bonne location à recommander
