"Clean and modern. The pool was amazing also the jacuzzi. All rooms have air conditioning. Ok kitchen to cook for 8-10 persons. The managers were fantastic- they made us feel welcome and provided great service. We had some problems with electricity that they fixed within minutes."

"Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderbaren Ferienhaus abseits von Porec sehr genossen. Die ruhige Lage mit Blick auf das Meer, umgeben von Olivenbäumen, war einfach idyllisch. Das Haus war makellos sauber und bestens ausgestattet – es fehlte an nichts, besonders für Familien mit Kindern. Wir haben die Bialetti-Kaffeemaschine und den Sandwichtoaster ausgiebig genutzt, und der Pool war ein Highlight für die ganze Familie. Der Komfort war erstklassig, vergleichbar mit unserem eigenen...

"Wir haben es sehr genossen. Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage. Man ist schnell an schönen Stränden und kann hervorragend Ausflüge machen. Es ist sehr modern eingerichtet, die Bäder sind luxuriös. Wir waren 2 Familien mit jeweils einem jugendlichen Kind, also 6 Pers. das war perfekt."

"Das Haus hat uns an sich gut gefallen. Außenbereich tip top. Innenbereich leider schon ziemlich abgewohnt. Preis Leistung stimmt daher unserer Meinung nach nicht. Mobiliar, insbesondere Sitzmöglichkeiten sowie Betten, Schränke ect. sehr zusammen gewürfelt und abgenutzt. Was den Wohlfühlcharakter leider negativ beeinflusst hat. Für den Mietpreis des Hauses, sollte dies geändert werden. Kommunikation mit Vermietern und Büro sehr sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank"

"Apartments are part of hotel. facilities very good and there looks to be an excellent kids club. walking distance to Porec or use the land train for a variety of restaurants and bars to suit everyone. we found all the staff, from reception to cleaning and maintenance, are very friendly and professional and happy to help On the down side, while the apartments are very clean and acceptable inside, the fabric of the buildings is very poor and needs a complete overhall. Our apartment B6 had rotten wood on the bottom of the door which was turning into a hole - not good! All in all an enjoyable break"
