"5 of us rented Gian’s beautiful villa for a week. It was the best girls trip ever. We all had our own space…but mostly found ourselves gathering in the main kitchen or outside to view the amazing Sunset. We had several day trips planned..and cut out a couple just so we could spend more time living il dolce far niente. We took advantage of the private chef who created a farewell dinner experience for us that we will never forget!!! Gian was super attentive and helpful and even joined us for a potluck we hosted for our expat friends. If you’re looking for a perfect spot to enjoy the beauty of The Green Heart of Italy…this is the spot!"

"Quiet countryside property. The rooms were nicely appointed but the walls are thin and you could clearly hear the people on the other side. We made sure we spoke quietly so we wouldn’t disturb any of the other rooms but unfortunately that was not reciprocated. A nice spot convenient to some beautiful Umbrian towns. You definitely need a car to stay here."
