Room condition was not up to the standard that I expected. Office staff seemed to not look after customers complaints when our party did not get the required beds as reserved. Even suggested that we travel to k mart and purchase mattresses! Finally relented and gave us an extra room , no charge. I would not look at staying here again. Tv in bedroom did not work.

Spacious clean room, very nice sheets and towels and a lovely comfortable bed. We were delayed until the day after we were supposed to arrive, and even then arrived after the office closed, yet everything was ready for us. Our only suggestion is to have two chairs in the room, and preferably one at the desk as well.

Convenient, close to motorway access, close to restaurants and shops, easy parking. Quiet and spacious with new and very comfy beds, black out curtains, little kitchenettes, new tvs with heaps of channels, and more refurbishment to come. Guest laundry - very handy. Very lovely staff.

Absolutely loved staying here, very handy to the local mall takeaways supermarkets restaurants across the road. Definitely will book here again when back in Porirua. Our 1 bedroom apartment was very spacious and clean it catered for everything we need.
