"Pros: Eigentlich hatten wir nicht geplant diesen Teil der Insel zu besuchen, aber aus der Not heraus kamen wir zu dieser Wohnung und es hat uns richtig gut gefallen. Die Wohnung selbst war sauber und hatte alles was man braucht. Direkt nebenan ist der Strand. Ein Steinstrand, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. "The hotel was lovely and the staff members were vwry friendly however, the amenities for the kids were lacking. There was no soft play area as shown in the images on your website therefore it left my small kids with no entertainment. The games room was also subpar as the arcade games was not working. Apart from those things mentioned the hotel is lovely, Kevin the pool attendant was lovely, and tall the concierge staff."

"The property was clean, air conditions and other facilities in the property was in good working condition. The staff at the receptions were very kind and helpful. The swimming pool was clean and had always life guard around. The accommodation is about 15 to 20 mins drive to Las America, Los Christianos and the very popular Siam Park which was very good. We stayed for 7 days and we enjoyed our stay, we will definitely return and highly recommend the accommodation to others."

"A beautiful, peaceful oasis in Tenerife Precise Resort was honestly such a wonderful surprise. From the moment I arrived, it felt less like a typical resort and more like escaping into a quiet, luxurious oasis. The hotel itself is beautiful, with lush tropical gardens, peaceful little areas to sit and relax, a lovely fish pond, and so much greenery everywhere. Even the lobby is gorgeous, with its own library and elegant spaces where you can simply sit and enjoy the surroundings. There was such a calm atmosphere throughout the whole resort that it genuinely felt like a proper relaxing holiday. My room was incredibly spacious and tastefully decorated, with so many thoughtful little touches. There was a kettle and all the usual amenities, but also tiny details like a shoe spoon and nail-care items — things you wouldn't necessarily expect, but which showed how much thought had gone into making the room comfortable. And then there was the view. The ocean view from my room was absolutely breathtaking. Waking up and looking out over the Atlantic was something I don't think I could ever get tired of. The free shuttle into Puerto de la Cruz is also a fantastic addition, making it easy to head into town whenever you want while still being able to return to the peace and quiet of the resort afterwards. But what really deserves a special mention is the staff, particularly the reception team. They were genuinely some of the nicest, warmest and most helpful hotel staff I've ever"
