"The property is on the 3rd floor (no lift) right on the seafront. Just a pedestrian promenade separates the property from the shoreline. The views from the balcony, the sound of the sea are incredible. Also, it is wonderfully peaceful despite being a 2 minute walk from the main square and a terrific swimming location. However the check-in process was appalling and we had actually booked a hotel close by as we were initially unable to get into the flat. It took an hour on a Thursday evening...

"This is a perfect little bolt hole for staying in Tenerife. Close too all local stuff , fantastic views of the ferry on a morning coming into port. Will stay there again no doubt "

I do not know how many English people stay in the property but there is no property notes or instructions for any appliance in English. We would definitely stay here again"
