"We have a lovely stay at the end of August. The house is very comfortable and there was easily enough space for 8 of us and three dogs! The location is perfect for exploring the north Somerset coast and Exmoor, and having the hot tub to come home to each evening was an added bonus, and also the table tennis table, which we all enjoyed. Jane was very responsive if we had any queries and we were even able to check out late since no one else was coming that day. Would highly recommend for group...

"What a great place for a large group to stay. We were a group of 10 friends who based ourselves here for a long weekend. The location is idillic in the bottom of the valley next to the river…it even has its own waterfall and former mill. The parking is ample with an EV charging point. The house was spotless and the kitchen extremely well equipped. We had great weather so we’re able to also take advantage of the BBQ. If you didn’t want to cook, the 2 local pubs (Rockford & Staghunters) within...

It gave me a feeling of being back in the 70’s, but it is a comfortable bungalow with an excellent view. The countryside provides for some excellent walking amongst sand dunes and along the seashore. The local natives are very friendly"

"Really appreciated the ramped access, the lodge is at one level. Suited us well as our son has limited mobility. Co-op just down the lane was great, we went everyday. We had a lot of rain but the terrace seating must be lovely in the summer. We still appreciated the incredible views from there, we just didn’t sit out. There were four of us staying and the living area was very comfortable."

"We were looking for somewhere really quiet to spend time after Christmas and this really fitted the bill. Weather was terrible so we didn't make the most of the close proximity of Exmoor and the Quantocks, but the cottage is cosy and very well equipped, so we had a great rest in a lovely setting. We are a 3 generation family and this worked well for everyone. Plenty of communal space to spread out into, good central heating and a beautifully kept garden. Downstairs bedroom and bathroom perfect...

"We had a fantastic stay. The lodges are tastefully and thoughtfully decorated with extra touches eg original art work, vases, lamps, throws etc which make you feel very special and cared for. The accomodation is absolutely spotless. The grounds are spacious and well kept with flower beds in the communal and private spaces. There are 2 fields to walk in, which have pathways through wild meadows. Both the inside and outside spaces have been created with the environment and sustainability in mind...
