Thr block is situated out of town, as the lication map shows, but the suites are well equipped and extremely comfortable. You have a balcony you can sit out on. Good value accommodation and friendly helpful reception staff. Would happily stay there again.

A really lovely breakfast, room was clean and modern, I need to give the staff five stars they were excellent, especially the lovely women on the front desk . They looked after us even when we arrived early. The hotel also allowed us to leave our bikes safely locked up for an extra day free of charge. All in all a lovely stay and would definitely stay again.

Pleasant Comfortable Stay.

Very pleasant enjoyable stay. Only downside was the bar closed at 22.00 and it wasn't possible to get a drink/nightcap. Being Irish I am usually only going out for a drink at this time so disappointing!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast twice while we were there, plenty of options available. The restaurant and bar were unfotunately closed so we had to drive if we didnt want to cook, as the hotel is a little tucked away. The room itself was very nice and the kitchenette was well equiped. The only downside was there wasn't anywhere to sit and eat,the balcony chairs had seen better days and only had a small drinks table and inside was a a sofa with a glass coffee table so you would need a tray to eat on your lap. There was a writing desk with a tv, but only one chair. The bed was very comfotable and the bathroom was a good size. Overall a nice stay.

Ce qui m'a plus c'est le personnel souriant, les services dans les chambres. Ce qui a été moins bien, on a trouvé la chambre avec un cendrier non lavé, une tâche de sang au mur prés du lit signalé mais pas lavé pendant le séjour. L'accès à la piscine n'est pas pratique et mal indiqué et lorsqu'il fait chaud il serait bien que tout les ouvertures soient ouvertes afin que se ne soit pas un sauna.

L'appartement était très propre, tout est nettoyé à fond, c'est très agréable. Le personnel est sympathique. L'appartement est très bien équipé. Les matelas sont confortables . Le balcon est très agréable. Le seul bémol, c'est les portes qui camouflent le coin cuisine qui ne rendent pas très évident l'usage de ce dernier. Qualité/ prix rien à redire

Je recommande cet établissement de qualité, situé dans un joli environnement de verdure. Chambre spacieuse au look moderne et soigné. Le rapport qualité prix est de plus excellent. N'oubliez pas la piscine ni le spa. Malheureusement mon séjour de deux nuits n'était que familial et nous n'avons pu profiter de ces avantages.

Nous avons été très déçu de notre séjour. Nous avions une chambre pour la nuit du 30 au 31 mai. Ne connaissant pas al région et venant pour un mariage, nous avions pris soin d'appeler l'établissement avant de faire la réservation en ligne. Lors de cet échange, nous avions précisé venir pour un mariage et avoir de la route, nous avons été rassuré par notre interlocutrice qui nous a indiqué que si nous arrivions en avance, nous pourrions récupérer la chambre avec un supplément. Nous avons été débouté de cette demande dès notre arrivée le 30 à 14h45. Lors de notre arrivée, accompagnés d'un ami, la femme à l'accueil nous a informé que la chambre n'était pas disponible avant 16h00 et que celle-ci était pour deux et non trois (nous avons été surpris du ton employé). Nous avons été surpris de cet échange et refroidi. Nous avons rappelé que nous venions pour un mariage et qu'on espèrait pouvoir se changer et se rafraichir. Elle nous a donc invité à nous servir des wc proche de l'accueil. En dehors du fait que les wc pour homme étaient sales, nous avons été très surpris qu'un établissement 4 étoiles propose cette solution et se soucis si peu du bien-être de ces clients. Nous nous sommes donc changé dans ces conditions et sommes parti comme cela au mariage sans savoir quelle chambre nous serai attribuée malgré le paiement de celle-ci. Le lendemain matin nous avons informé l'accueil après avoir demandé à parler à un responsable et avons informé que nous laisserions un avis en ce sens.

Notre séjour s’est bien déroulé L’hôtel est très propre, le personnel très accueillant. Seuls points négatifs pour nous, l’accès à la piscine par le sous sol et le manque de la deuxième salle de bain dans notre chambre . Mais nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Mes impressions étant un habitué des hôtels , + de 80 nuits/an. Excellent accueil, suite vaste et avec de bons matériaux. Moquette au sol , je préfère un plancher bois mais pas grave. Grand balcon avec petite table et 2 chaises. Dommage pas de baîns de soleil . Excellent petit dej. Sucré salé. Par contre des points à améliorer surtout pour un 4 étoiles : toiles d’araignées sur terrasse petit déjeuner, un peu partout donc jamais fait! En chambre obligation de demander une télécommande pour la 2 ieme TV sinon comment on fait quand chacun regarde une émission sur chaque TV avec une seule télécommande !! Pas suffisamment de cintres , obliger d’en redemander. Pas de verre à pied , pour boire du vin c’est ballot! Balcon avec chape ciment brute , un carrelage ou autre ferait mieux pour ce niveau d’hôtel. La voisine pestait pour le prix demandé pour son chien 30€ pour la nuit !!! Capsule nescafé : 2 pour un séjour de 3 jours, un peu mesquin ! Belle SDB mais manque de luminosité et une douche serait mieux adaptée. La piscine chauffé , un + mais le vestiaire est à l’entrée de la piscine sur ….. le parking , 2 petits meubles , si il faut se changer pas très cool de le faire dans le parking voiture !! 15/20 minutes du port à pied: donc ça va . À partir de juin ce sera Westhotel qui va prendre le relai , ça devrait s’améliorer car celui ( le Westhotel) à côté du casino c’est autre chose !!!
