Holiday Home 'M112 - L'orée Du Golf' with Shared Pool, Private Terrace & Garden

  • Located in Pornic, this peaceful 45 m² holiday home welcomes up to 4 guests. It features a mezzanine bedroom with 2 single beds and a living room with a sofa bed. There is a bathroom and separate toilet. The open kitchen is well equipped with a TV, washing machine, coffee maker, and barbecue. A shuttle service from the train station and a storage area for bikes, paddleboards, canoes, and beach gear are at your disposal.



    Enjoy the private enclosed garden with outdoor furniture and the terrace. The secure outdoor pool is shared and open from mid-June to mid-September.



    Parking includes a private space on site and options on the street. One pet is allowed. Heating is available in each room from October to April, for an extra charge. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away.



    This family-friendly accommodation is ideally located between Noëveillard beach and shops. The town offers thalassotherapy, night markets, cinema, an 18-hole golf course, and coastal trails. Enjoy water sports clubs, free shuttles between ports, and many white sand coves.
