Entirely renovated house located in the second curtain of the Corniche du Pornic in Sainte-Marie-sur-mer (Pornic).
The house is located 90m from the sea, in the immediate vicinity of Porteau beach (200m) and Sablons beach (750m). The village of Sainte-Marie with all amenities is located 15 minutes on foot by taking the coastal path.
The house has two gardens (including a sea view and another on which you can park two cars).

maison très bien agencée / équipée

Nous étions sur place fin décembre pour les fêtes, et tenions à bénéficier d'un lieu confortable en cas de météo hivernale. Nous n'avons pas été déçus, chauffage et poêle à bois au top, sanitaires et cuisine modernes, chambre et literie confortables, maison bien insonorisée, ce qui n'est pas rien quand on loge à 6 ou 8, au calme en retrait de la route, rangements pléthoriques, pièces décorées avec goût. Nous venons souvent à cette période, et pouvons comparer avec des locations similaires précédentes, ce lieu est nettement au dessus du lot.Vu la météo, nous n'avons as pu apprécier les abords et le jardin, mais ça fait envie de revenir aux beaux jours!!

Nous avons passez un séjour très agréable en tout comfort. Dommage que le barbecue n''était pas propre et fonctionnel sinon rien à remarquer. Je recommande cette maison à mes proches et amis !
