Stay in this 61 m² apartment with a 20m² terrace within the "Claire Marine" residence in Pornic.
This ground floor apartment features a double bedroom (140 bed), a room with a trundle bed that can accommodate up to 4 people.
The open kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, a small oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle and all necessary kitchen equipment. The living-dining room with sea view has a television and direct access to the terrace. A shower room and WC complete the rental. A hairdryer, washing machine and iron are also provided.
Enjoy the large sea-facing terrace with its outdoor furniture, two sunbeds and a parasol. (The sun awnings in the photos have been removed).
A private parking space and a bicycle storage are available within the residence.
