"Upon making reservations we received welcome & instructions in French, unfortunately we don’t read/speak French. Second email was in English but instructions were limited. Property mgmt did work with us in getting in/out in our timeline. A welcome bottle of wine, jams and orange juice were a nice touch. Upstairs shower leaked thru ceiling to downstairs bedroom…we alerted property mgmt and they tried to make repair. Hair dryer did not work. Proximity to beach was great."
