"Really nice place in beautiful surroundings. Very responsive and caring hosts."

"We had a 2 night stay here and it was absolutely amazing. While the main reason was for work, it was a delight being able to enoy some golf in the evening. We thought we were going to need to change our dates due a last minute issue with work and Mark was very helpful and made contact right away. In the end we still went ahead as planned. "Great for a quiet family stay. Beautiful grounds and interesting house. Tania and Banjo were lovely and welcoming. Beds are comfy and it was lovely having breakfast on the deck and playing cards on the outside table. Thank you for a lovely stay"

"The Roost is a cozy and lovely property located high in the hills above Tutukaka.It’s a beautiful and peaceful location but those unfamiliar with the terrain should know that it’s a good 20 minute drive to any amenities. It didn’t bother us because we knew the area, and it shouldn’t deter you from staying as long as you prepare in advance with whatever supplies you may need. We had a great stay for 4 nights!"
