Private: property 400 m2 with lawn and wildlife garden. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop, grocery 500 m, supermarket 1 km, restaurant 550 m, bakery 500 m, bicycle rental 200 m, bus stop "Breiz'h Go, Park Nevez" 600 m, sandy beach "Plage du Bourg" 600 m, outdoor swimming pool 12 km. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), separate WC and electric heater. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), electric heater. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Distant view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free).
