Incredible!!! The room was amazing, so beautiful with very unique touches that really showcased the beauty of the surrounding area. The balcony as well was amazing and so big with Adirondack chairs to sit back and drink some wine while watching the lake and the mountains. Highly recommend!!

Very comfortable room, beautiful view, water access, very helpful staff. The only thing to be aware of is that there are quite a few stairs to navigate...although staff did offer to help with luggage.

A great hotel to explore the area: petroglyphs and many trails. Sauna on site to book, with lake to dip in for a cold plunge. No elevator, so pack lightly. Lovely room with nice view of Sproat Lake. Very comfy beds and soothing atmosphere.

This is a great property with lovely views tranquil location and smartly appointed rooms. Only slightly marred by lack of open bar/restaurant That said we drove into town and had a great meal at Alberni brewing co Would definitely recommend a stay here and would return

The room and lake view were very nice. Even though the restaurant wasn’t open, it was fine. There’s a coffee shop across the road. Laura was there to check us in and was very helpful.

We had a very nice stay and enjoyed taking the kayaks out on the water and going for a dip in the lake one morning. Our room was clean and bed was comfortable, We had an accessible room that had a bit too much space but that might be the intention. The instructions to enter were very clear but when we arrived there was someone at the front desk so she was able to provide all the information we required for our stay. Overall, a great place to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

Really nice family run hotel right by Sproat Lake, offering intimate valley experience. Although they are currently short staffed, but everyone we met went above and beyond to make sure that we had a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the free kayaks and canoe offered and took advantage of the great location for some unforgettable sky viewing! Highly recommend, hopefully the restaurant will be reopen next time.
