Guests that book are required to sign the Rental Agreement prior to booking.
A security deposit of $300 will be held before booking and refunded accordingly if damages are not present. If so, cost will be withheld.
Pet Policy: 2 Dogs Max of 25 lbs. and under. A $125 non-refundable pet fee for 1 dog or $175 for 2 dogs will be added to your reservation.
