This home offers plenty of space for a relaxing getaway. It features 3 bedrooms: 2 with queen beds and a master with a king bed and private bathroom. The living room includes a queen-size pull-out couch for extra sleeping space. Guests have access to a washer and dryer for convenience and can enjoy the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. The fully stocked kitchen makes meal prep easy, ensuring you feel right at home.



Feel free to enjoy all common areas of the home. However, please refrain from entering the downstairs garage, water heater closet, and HVAC closet.

House Rules:

- No smoking inside the house.

- The properties at the beach utilize septic systems. Do not put anything other than toilet paper into the System.

- No parking on septic system.

-No parking on the grass

- Do Not Block Roadway.

- No fryers in house or on deck (crawfish/shrimp/crabs/turkey)

- No fires cooking, etc. on deck

- No bonfires in yard.

- Limit loud late night activities so you don`t disturb your neighbors.

- All trash must be bagged and taken to the street side receptacle for pick-up.

- No pets

- No use of tents, RV`s, campers or motor homes will be allowed on the premises.

-Please leave the house as you found it, do not move furniture.

- Do not exceed maximum number of guest allowed per your rental contract.

- Do not change the thermostat. It is an econo system and will automatically adjust.
