Ibis Isle Sleeps 12 Walk to Beach & Big Store Large Fenced Play Area, Play Set & Yard

Nestled on the Bolivar Peninsula, Ibis Isle is a welcoming beach retreat designed for families who want comfort, convenience, and a safe place for kids and pets to play. The home sleeps up to 12 guests and is in an excellent location, with a short walk to the Big Store, the beach, and several local favorites including restaurants, Dollar General, Family Dollar, a doughnut shop, and souvenir shops. Car access to the beach is nearby, making it easy to bring chairs, coolers, and gear for a day by the water. Galveston Island is home to top attractions like Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, Pleasure Pier, and the historic Strand District. The easiest way to get there is by ferry. You can skip the vehicle line, park, and walk on for a quick crossing. Watch dolphins while ordering a ride share during the ride, then step off and head out to enjoy the island’s fun and attractions. Inside, the 3‑bedroom, 2‑bath home features granite countertops, stainless appliances, and a fully equipped kitchen with Keurig‑style and drip‑style coffee makers. There are Roku tv`s in the living area and the master bedroom. the master bedroom has a king bed, bedrooms 2 and 3 each have a queen‑over‑queen bunk bed, and the living room includes fold‑out chairs for extra sleeping. The outdoor setup is one of the most loved features of Ibis Isle. The concrete slab gathering area under the house is fully fenced and connects to the fenced side yard with a playground set. The gathering area has tables, chairs, a bar, and a grill. A gate between the fenced spaces can be closed to create a separate play zone or opened to keep everything together. If you leave the upstairs gate open, kids and dogs can safely access the fenced playground and gathering areas without leaving the fenced space. The home also has a large front yard perfect for yard games. After a day at the beach, enjoy the open outdoor shower. A gazebo with a table and chairs is attached to the front deck.
HOUSE RULES
• No cleaning is required before checkout. Please start a load of towels, run the dishwasher if any dishes were used, and take all trash to the outdoor cans. Our cleaning team handles everything else. We do not provide cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, or dishwashing pods.
• No smoking or vaping inside the home or anywhere smoke could enter the home. This includes smoking or vaping near doors, windows, decks, or any area where smoke or smell can blow inside. If you smoke outdoors, choose a location far enough away that smoke cannot drift into the home.
• Registered guests only for overnight stays. Daytime visitors are allowed, and additional overnight guests are permitted as long as the total number of guests does not exceed the maximum occupancy.
• Events and parties are allowed with prior approval only. Unapproved gatherings are not permitted.
• Please do not move the furniture. We’ve had significant damage to floors and furniture from guests dragging or relocating items, so we ask that all furniture remain where it is. If something absolutely must be moved, please do it carefully and lift it rather than dragging it to avoid damage.
• At no time are you to move indoor furniture outside. Indoor furniture must remain indoors at all times.
• Absolutely no fires, fire pits, or open flames on any deck or wooden surface. This includes grills, fire pits, burners, tiki torches, candles, or anything that produces heat or flame. Grills must remain on the concrete downstairs at all times. If you bring your own fire pit, it cannot be taken upstairs or placed on any deck. A previous guest severely burned a deck and nearly caused a house fire — this rule protects everyone.
• Respect quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM.
• Do not park on the street. Use the driveway and under-house parking areas only.
• Keep gates closed to maintain safety for kids and pets.
• Pets must be approved before booking. Pick up after pets and keep them supervised.
• Report any damage immediately so we can address it quickly.
• For your protection, we highly recommend purchasing trip insurance. Cancel-for-any-reason coverage is the best option for your stay.
• We provide enough laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, and dryer sheets for 2 loads. One of these loads is intended for checkout
