Pelican Crossing is a beautiful, 4 bedroom, 3 bath house that sleeps 14. This a great two-family house with unobstructed views of the beach. It features lower and upper decks with nice wooden, deck furniture. Relax in the spacious living room with lots of comfortable furniture. Meal preparation will be easy in the large kitchen with bar area. (Blender and regular drip coffee maker) Kitchen bar and dining room seating for 8-9. There are two bedrooms located on the main floor and 2 bedrooms located on the 2nd floor. TV's are in all the bedrooms and living room. On the main floor, the master suite has a king bed and large walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a king bed, and bedroom 3 has two queen beds. Bedroom 4 has a queen bed. For additional sleeping the 2 blue chairs upstairs become full-sized hideaway beds. There is a washer/ dryer on the premises. This home has free WIFI for your convenience.
Enjoy entertaining you guests under the house at the outdoor bar area with plenty of seating at a picnic table and swings. A charcoal bbq pit is available for you to use. Beach access is short walk to the beach or by vehicle or golf cart. If you are planning a family reunion Bluewater subdivision has many nearby homes available for rent through Swede's.

Two small dogs (35 pounds and under) allowed with pet fee. All Swede’s Real Estate vacation rentals are NON-SMOKING properties.

Beat Price and Location for the Money!

The house is HUGE compared to most of the others. Rented 4 houses this weekend and this house by far had the most room inside and out. The pictures are spot on. You will get exactly what you see but what they don’t reveal is the size and room inside the place, it is huge! It had all the bells and whistles outside too! Outside shower to rinse off and feet washers built into the bottom of the stairs, those things are awesome! And even though it is 2nd row it has no homes between you and the beach so you have a full ocean view when sitting out on either of the huge outside decks.

The view was amazing , way closer to the beach then we expected.. will admit i was caught off guard because the house moved a bit when you walked up and down stairs. Over all it was amazing and beautiful home!!

First time renting a beach house with the whole family! The BEST experience ever! Love my family!

Tomorrow is not a guarantee....at least for a brother of mine that we brought to this beach house. He loves riding his Harley but really cant anymore. So that's why we picked this weekend. (Lonestar Rally in Galveston) It was an AMAZING experience for him! For the rest of us too! Great memories he will back on. God willing, we can do it again next year! This was the perfect house, perfect location and accommodated our big family. Thank you so much! This meant so much to all of us!

Great house!!

Stayed at this house with my family of 4, my parents and some friends. Plenty of room for everyone and the house is beautiful inside. We had a great view to the water and were very close to the beach. Having two outdoor decks was a great feature and provided awesome views! Definitely enjoyed ourselves and this awesome home Thanks!!
