Inside guests can enjoy a comfy and bright living area with plenty of seating space and a TV for kicking back and catching up on some shows. The TVs in this home have streaming services available for guests. All that’s needed is a guest account to access all your favorite shows. This home also boasts a full kitchen with a prep island and dishwasher — making cooking and cleaning a breeze. Speaking of a breeze, staying cool is easy with central AC throughout the home.

Outside, guests can relax in the covered outdoor space and grill up tasty meals. Wash off at the convenient outdoor shower after a day at the beach before heading back inside to wind down for the night.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
