Poor communication before arrival: no prior notice that check‑in was only via machine and card, despite request to pay in cash. Unpleasant arrival experience: forced to wait outside in the rain after an exhausting trip. Payment difficulties: inability to pay in cash caused unnecessary stress and delay. Some Cleanliness issues in the room: some hair found on sheets and pillow, towels not perfectly clean. "A lovely apartment, very close to the beach and near excellent public transport links that we used to visit Antibes, Nice and other nearby areas. (Alexis (the host) was very helpful in getting started with finding our way). Also, the Boulangerie across the road is excellent, as is the pizza van! "
