      This amazing 3 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront pool home is located in the desirable community of South Gulf Cove. This beautifully decorated and equipped pool home is the perfect Florida paradise escape  Enter to an open living area with beautiful views of the pool and waterway.

      This home has an open and airy feeling with natural light and tile thru-out. The floor plan is split, providing the privacy you want for your family and guests. Well equipped, open kitchen with plenty of workspace, high-end stainless steel appliances, wood cabinets, roomy island breakfast bar island and granite countertops. 

      Spacious Master suite with flat-screen TV  and walk-in closet. Luxurious master bath with unique oversized double walk-in shower and double vanity. Comfortable and private guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other two single beds.  

      They share a bathroom with a walk-in shower that also is utilized as a pool bath. Additional sleeping for guests can be found in the living room with a sleeper sofa.

Pets are not allowed.  We offer beach supplies including chairs and an umbrella, we have float toys for the pool.

      This community is very active with bike lanes and walking trails. Truly a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida experience. South Gulf Cove has a boat put in at the park at the front of the community with a lovely park and a playground.BBQ use included in guest stay, if BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning.

      Pool heat is an additional cost PLUS TAX.

Beautiful beaches are so close!  Manasota Key - 21 miles and Boca Grande Causeway- 8 miles

South Gulf Cove Park - 4 miles (best place to put in boat to the canal)

Hiking at Myakka State Forest - 14 miles

Hiking at Ann and Chuck Dever Regional Park- 9 miles

Publix is 12 minutes, Walmart is 11 miles

Cape Haze Links Golf Club and Coral Creek Club are just minutes away as is Rotunda Golf and Country Club. This is a self-catering house stay!

     We will provide a welcome pack including the following:

1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom

1 roll of paper towels

2 packets of dishwasher detergent

2 packets of laundry soap

hotel-size shampoo and bar soaps per bathroom

1 Garbage can liner in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans

Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
