- Welcome to Tropical Groove Getaway — your private, canal-view, heated pool home in Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda, minutes from Sunseeker Resort and historic downtown Punta Gorda. This spacious, single-level 3BR/2BA home is built for relaxing, recharging, and making memories.
THE POOL & LANAI
Dive into your private heated pool, lounge on the sun deck, or settle into the fully furnished screened lanai with a mini-fridge, TV, Blackstone grill, and plenty of seating for al fresco dining. Evenings are made for the fire pit and the hammock.
STORM-READY
Built with hurricane-impact windows and remote-controlled hurricane screens on the lanai, so you can book with confidence even during hurricane season.
THE BEDROOMS
Three comfortable bedrooms with quality bedding and plenty of closet space. Pack 'n Play for young ones.
THE KITCHEN
Fully equipped with a dishwasher, blender, rice maker, and all the basics for home-cooked meals.
CANAL VIEWS
Peaceful water views from the backyard, with gorgeous sunrises and sunsets.
PET-FRIENDLY
Bring the whole family, four-legged members included ($125 per pet, per stay). We even have a doggie door.

- Pool heating fee: $30/night for any stay September 1 – May 31. Waived only for summer stays (June 1 – August 31) booked June 1 – August 31.

- Minimum age to book: 23. No parties or events. Quiet hours 10 PM – 8 AM.
