"A well-appointed house on a canal in a rural area close ( a few minutes) to Port Clinton, with plenty of room for the four of us. Our stay was very short but would definitely choose it again. One point, one of the beds is a full-size mattress turned sideways so very wide but not suitable for adults unless you sleep "across" it. We were there to bird the famous Magee Marsh and Ottawa NWR, it was great for that and if you have a boat you can tie up right there."

"We stayed at Heron’s Perch for my son’s birthday weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and perfectly quiet, everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hosts were incredible, with excellent communication from start to finish, which made everything so easy. It’s clear they put a lot of care into making their guests feel welcome. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back on our next trip to the Port Clinton area! "

"We absolutely loved walking into the backyard and drinking our morning coffee right on the water (and a cold beverage in the evening)!Location was great to the islands and local attractions! The house was very clean and comfortable (including the beds!!!). We would definitely stay here again!"
