"This is a great place to stay if you are planning on making a trip to Put-In-Bay via the Jet Express. The hotel is within walking distance. The hotel itself is nice. It is dated and quaint. This is something my wife and I appreciated. There is an outside pool on the property, but we did not use it because most of our time was spent at Put-In-Bay. Staff was super friendly and accommodating."

"The hotel was pretty nice, it could have been a little bit cleaner and some things needed attention. One of the windows near the hot tub had the screen just hanging half way off. No towels in the pool area, had to go ask for some. Our first morning, there was an issue with breakfast. The service was so slow, the hot food was empty, all the juice was empty except one, not much choices for bread, no cinnamon rolls. My husband had to go to the front desk to let them know everyone was just waiting for food. A manager did come and help and got more food out. The pancake maker was not working that morning either. The next morning was better. Overall we had a nice stay."

"The staff was so welcoming and friendly! The private beach was a great spot to hangout and was well maintained. Although the floor of the room was sandy upon arrival, the rest of the room appeared to be clean. This resort is in a great location and has a great restaurant right next door! Overall, would visit again."
