Unfortunately, my friend’s car was also broken into—nothing was taken, but when we informed management, the response was minimal beyond saying that incidents like this are rare."

"The staff is very rude we asked for plates and they said they do not have plates in the hotel after charging 200 a night. They send plastic fork spoons and glasses."

"Awesome location right smack in the centre. Falls about a 5 min walk. Ships tourist attractions everywhere. We got a penthouse on the top (upgrade)with awesome views of both falls. Highly recommended.."

"Great location, can access to OLA Stage in minutes. Walk down to the Falls easily and in short distance. Very friendly staff and room is huge and clean."

"They’re under construction and renovations, had to be transferred from our room we paid for to another room which wasn’t as comfortable as what we had. They transferred us due to water maintenance. I love this hotel and have been a returning costumer for years, it is a very family oriented hotel. I just hope for future travellers the hotel will be done with their Reno’s and won’t have the problem we had. Also the keg is not in their hotel anymore it’s down the road. They have a new steak house in the hotel and it is very expensive just a heads up."
