"We travelled from the east coast to visit family, but wanted a space of our own to stay. This was one of the cleanest, freshest units we’ve stayed in. Everything worked well, from the coffee maker to the washing machine. The shower is great with good water pressure, and the 2 beds were very comfortable. Street parking was easy.I would say the only real detractor was the Goodwill right behind the unit starts loading their trucks very early in the morning and it is loud. But we were basically used...

"Quiet, private and completely self-contained small guest house that shares the owner’s lovely backyard. As a solo traveler, it was a comfortable, cozy retreat to return to at the end of active days. Pleasant neighborhood, walkable to a market and other conveniences. The owner, who was lovely and accessible, put much thought into guest needs and comfort. Wonderful week’s stay. "

"Our stay in El.Sabrante was great. The cottage was very clean and the.evironment of the cottage was beautiful. There was a wonderful fountain, gorgeous plants, and sweet sounding birds that rounded out a terrific stay. "

"The casita was fabulous. Modern, quiet, and very private. Kitchen and appliances high end and all supplies, utensils, condiments , were well stocked. The bed was comfy and shower flow just perfect. I felt safe and comfy and the location was conveniently close to the freeway to get me where I needed to be everyday. Ernesto was very responsive and patient w my questions. Would stay again in a heartbeat. "

"Peaceful off-the-grid getaway with stunning views. We had a wonderful stay. The views of the wetlands were absolutely beautiful, especially at sunset - truly a peaceful and serene setting. We loved being able to explore the wetlands right on the property. And it was a perfect spot for both our kids and our dog to enjoy nature safely. The host was fantastic- great communication and very easy to work with. We felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay. "

"Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had to have maintenance come in as the air conditioner stopped working. Also, one bed upstairs had torn bed sheets on it. And there were only 4 towels and 5 rolls of toilet paper for the 4 of us for 5 days."
