"The house is large and beautiful as others have described. Son Bou is also very pretty and has the longest, very beautiful sandy beach in Menorca. There are no beach front houses since there is a lagoon behind the beach so the larger more desirable houses are in the hills and you need to use stairs or drive to get to the beach. The house has two stories and also a bedroom & shower on the main floor, with was used by one family member who preferred to not use the stairs. We had a great time...

It is a good property for 2 families with 2 bedrooms and bathroom at ground level. There are a number of stairs to the kitchen and third bedroom. "We have spent 9 nights in the villa with swimming pool with my husband and we appreciated a lot the calm of the residence, the cleanless of the location and all the equipment for cooking etc... The bed was very good, the garden was nice with the swimming pool and we didn't see too much the neighbours because the houses are well placed one between the other. As we were in end of april, the residence was very calm. We don't know how it looks like during "hot" season (july/august) It is mandatory...

"The house is wonderful, as is the pool and the stunning sea view. Air conditioning worked well and the kitchen well nicely equipped. One negative was that the wifi was very slow. I would not recommend this as a place for any short of remote work. The neighborhood is quiet and the nearby Son Bou beach is ideal for kids and families. However, for cultural activities, outdoor walks, and restaurants, other parts of the island are better."

"The Villa was basic but clean, did the job and we had a really lovely week. The pool and outdoor seating area were great and where we spent most of the time. The walk to the beach isn't too far but is down a lot (130!) of very steep steps which won't be good for anyone with mobility issues. It's 2 mins walk from Club Menorca which was a stunning place to drink/eat. Bit surprised I booked via vrbo and then was contacted by Agni Travel and then Sun Villas but all were very responsive and helpful...
