"The best things about this apartment are it's comfortable, has good wifi and cold air-conditioning, and the location in Old Towne Nice. The location is quiet. The apartment is at the top of a 5-story building. There are 5 flights of stairs and no handrails. You need to be in shape and have a good sense of balance for the stairs. "Great location for dining in the old town - shops close and a tram for getting to the station and around. We took the train to Monaco which was easy to do. Hotel very clean and lovely to walk out across the road to the promenade and the beach. You can just go on the public area- pebbly though!- or can pay for a lounger - quite expensive €20+- the sea shelves quite steeply and if the sea is strong a challenge getting out but we made it. A great place to stay. We went for a cocktail at the Negresco and have to say the service there was really slow and not worth the high cost for a drink. "
