"Staff were very nice and polite, really accommodating. Our room was clean, light switches were a bit confusing in the rooms and sometimes didnt work but overall was a nice place to stay. Staff really accommodate for the kids, even brought out a small mattress when our toddler fell asleep at the restaurant giving my wife and I the opportunity to eat without holding him, they just did that without request. "

The resort itself is stunning — beautifully maintained gardens, gorgeous lagoon-style pools, and plenty of space so it never felt crowded even during a busy holiday weekend. The bed was super cozy and we had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.Breakfast was fantastic with a huge variety of options, and the restaurants offered delicious food and great service throughout our stay. "Property is good for couple nights stay . Pool is really tiny and only 8 lounge chairs . Beach in front of hotel was clean , rest of the beach had a lot of garbage which I picked a garbage bag full close to the hotel . Having breakfast included in our room was a nice bonus"

"Early check in was needed after being diverted via Samoa on an international flight. The front desk staff confirmed my room could be refunded after we could not check in early and I was still charged for the room. Extremely disappointed in the Ramada and would not recommend. "
