Good location and conveniently near the beach, pool and shops/stalls. Got a free upgrade during check in which was appreciated. Cleanliness could be improved. AC remote not working so had to sleep with too cold AC temperature.

The hotel cleanliness very bad. (Dusty & “kepam smells”). My sister‘s room sink was broken, no foot pad (lapik kaki), tv remote not function. Pool ok for kids. Nice beach view.. No receptionist at 6am to check out. Difficult to me ths morning. Overall my trip ok. *advice to hotel- please do housekeeping and check the room bfore handover key to guest.
