"The rooms were clean. The staff were awesome. They even had it posted that the building is going through renovations and to excuse some of the areas otherwise it was a nice day."

"Room was dirty, there is no way you could tell me the sheets were changed since the last visit. No elevator. Pictures on the sites did not match reality. Not enough towels Avoid this place!!!!! "

"A charming place by the water Because of some miscommunication we only stayed one night out of our planned 4 days but not their fault and they went over and above to make sure we were refunded from Expedia. Next time book direct. We will certainly stay next trip to Rupert to visi family "
