"The hotel's maintenance and overall cleanliness were very poor. We found the floors, hallways, and walls to be very dirty. When I asked for our room to be mopped, I couldn't believe how dirty the mop was after they finished cleaning. The room did not have a coffee maker and a hair dryer. The bedspread was torn and of very poor quality. The only positive aspect of our stay was the staff, who were very friendly and helpful."

"We liked the gated entry which provided added security. The floor could have been cleaner. Everything worked well. The staff was wonderful especially Geneva and Katelyn"

"The first room I was given had a broken TV and smelled like body odor. When I complained the front desk changed my room "even though it's against policy" and the second room was bought and day difference... no smell, TV worked, etc."

"Smudges on walls, burn holes in the curtains, very musty smell, grout missing from shower tile with mold growing, very low water pressure, water never got hotter than just a little more than lukewarm and last, but not least what appeared to be blood splatter on the bathroom ceiling."
