Our room was a little shopworn but clean, comfortable and quiet. The many trees around the property were beautiful in the spring and we heard birds singing. No hot water the morning we checked out. It was working the night before. We will stay again for sure.

Ballard's sweet suites
My only problem was , my room was on the 3rd floor. For me is difficult to carry luggage up all the stairs. The room was great .
