Huge room and great Mexican restaurant. Two of our 3 waitresses we excellent, the other one, having slopped beer all over my husband - no apology - and plonked our food on the table should consider an alternative career!

The beds were very uncomfortable...could not get ahold of front desk as their phone didnt even work. We waited an hour for our food at the restaurant in the hotel. They gave us the wrong wifi password. Not enough towels for showering as there were 3 of us. The food was good when we got it and the view was pretty good from our room. The only positives lol

The staff and hotel were very nice. The restaurant was having staffing issues and couldn’t accommodate our complimentary breakfast one of the days. Hopefully when we come next time those issues will be resolved. On the whole we enjoyed our stay.

The doors are old and they jam every-time, we had to ask the staff to renew the cards so the keycards would work. Carpet was wet close to the fridge. No generator. It was blackout for most of our stay. Close to the downtown area.

The hotel is showing its age and feels neglected. The outside of the building is dirty and worn looking. The lobby is in need of an upgrade and our room was not lovely. The beds were awful, I didn’t want to take my shoes off as the carpet looked very dirty and extremely worn out. The best part was the nice view of the marina. And the breakfast was ok. I will not be returning.

The view from our spacious room was magnificent! The staff was very friendly and helpful. But most of all the rooms and facilities were extremely clean and the linens were fresh and clean as well! I highly recommend and would definitely stay there again. Great value!
