"It was only a one night stay for a marathon held in Ventura. There was a bit of a mix up with a parking but the property host was great at communicating and resolving the issue quickly. The property was clean and in a safe, gated community. We recommend!"

"This property was everything we hoped for! While it’s outside of “LA proper,” the extra bit of driving is worth staying here. The area was cozy and private where I felt we could truly get rested after long days. Parking and access to the space is a breeze and the surrounding area is worth checking out. The hosts were responsive and the animals on property was awesome! Highly recommend making this apart of your trip. "

"First, Carina was always quick to reply to any comments/questions sent to her. Great property, great amenities. Coffee, linens etc. washer and dryer. I enjoyed the hot tub every night. We were a little further west, but it actually wasn’t not bad. Very nice, safe, beautiful. Beds were comfortable! Easy and beautiful drive down to Malibu. Definitely recommend. "

"Our stay was great. The home had all you could want for a family vacation. We spent a lot of time in the beautiful backyard, and it was great to have a grill to use. The location was perfect with the beach so close as well as many restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. The home was clean and the beds were very comfortable."

"The owner sent a video which gave very specific directions to locate the property and that was very helpful as it was quite tricky. In the video, however, he told us that the walkway would be illuminated and it was not. "The unit had all the amenities for being able to cook one’s own meal (I did not). Very thoughtful as to the supplies, utensils, etc. I enjoyed the vibe of positive sayings. I met the host, John, he is easy to talk with, friendly, informative, and accommodating. The common area would be nice for an outdoor meal or just hanging out. Starbucks is walkable. "This place is nested away up in the hills of Malibu. A quick drive put us right onto PCH were all the Malibu action is. The location itself is very spacious with a nice kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom, and large bedroom. Communication with Chris and Scully was easy, and we felt very welcomed. Overall, it was a very nice stay."
