The room was run down with abundant broken fixtures and ill-maintained. The walls had gouges, the door closer was missing, the card lock was loose and hesitated to work. 2 minutes trying both cards to open the door. No tissues. No reading chair other than a decrepit wobbly wooden desk chair. The closet doors were stained and didn't function well. Guests were smoking (both tobacco and marijuana) in the hallway. No manager on desk in a.m. Finally, they do not plow their parking lot. Adjacent lots were plowed, but not this one.

The staff were truly amazing, but the hotel is old and could use some work. Also, the “accessible” room was not really accessible. A person with mobility issues has trouble getting into a tub and that was the only option. It was a problem for us.

I stayed one night. I opened the bed and the sheet looked like black mold. I asked for someone to bring new sheets. I was told I had to go to the desk and get new sheets and make up my own bed. I went to breakfast at 9:40. Some food was all gone and they would not bring out more food because it was “too late”. Carpet in my room had not been vacuumed, crumbs/ dirt all over. Cobwebs and ceiling dirty too. I asked for a concession on the room fee but the lady at night couldn’t do that and I just left a bit frustrated in the morning.

PLEASE Rethink your stay

From the second we stepped in we had a terrible experience. From the poor condition being outdated and filthy of the building to an unfriendly front desk attendant. Giant cobwebs in our room to the bugs crawling on the floor. This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and I’m sure that this hotel will be condemned or close within this next year.

The hotel we first booked canceled our night three hours before check-in so we had to scramble to find a hotel in the area we needed. The price per night I don’t think was worth it. The area was a bit rough, but not a big deal since we were staying inside. Walking inside however the interior of the hotel needs a lot of TLC. Carpets were old and worn and bubbled, there were marks on the wall all over the place, and the room numbers were half missing and colored in with permanent marker. During breakfast, there was no one around when we encountered a problem. No one attending breakfast, no one at the front desk. I will say that the girl who checked us in the night before was nice enough. There was also someone smoking in the adjacent room which filtered into our bathroom so we had to keep the door shut . Rooms however were acceptable. Overall, definitely not worth the price.

The first room we were assigned did not have a working TV. The drain on the shower did not work. The curtains were shredded and didn't close or provide security. When a charger or other electrical drive was unplugged, fuses blew - a huge fire hazard. The second room we stayed in did not have a functioning sink drain. Monday morning there were very few items available for what was supposed to be a full breakfast. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Would not recommend this place! Still trying to get the double charge on my card corrected. WiFi is pretty much non existent. The “breakfast” haha coffee pots were empty ,eggs were gone, sausage was cold, donuts were old. When brought to the attention of the front staff she chose to go outside for a smoke rather than address the issues. Very disappointing, would not stay here again.

The room wasn't clean. The bed was made. Found a piece of toast on the carpet by the bed. Dust on the dresser. Food crumbs on the table. The curtain was part way down. I always stay here. This is the first time this has happened. And no microwave in my king size room. The microwave is a deal breaker for me. Manager said she would see about getting me one but it never happened. I won't stay in a place that has no microwave or fridge.
