"The property was nice and in a great location for walking. The surrounding area was a little run down… The point of contact by the name of Jim was rude but we didn’t have any use for him after we arrived at the location. On Expedia, it states that tenants will receive an email with the code to the door at the 24 hour mark. We did not receive the code until two hours before our arrival. "It was a really great place to stay for a last minute stay! Very small but super cute and clean! Enough space for two people. The only thing you've gotta watch out for is the fees.. I had to pay an extra $100+ that wasnt included on the listing or anywhere on my confirmation email. It was after I booked the nonrefundable listing that I noticed an extra charge on my bank statement. i was notified of another fee a day before check in."

"The view and location was very good. The condition of the property left a lot to be desired. Main floor balcony door would not open and after maintenance sprayed with WD40 it opened but was still VERY hard to move so balcony was unusable. Second floor balcony blinds would not work so remained down and in the way of getting out the door. There was no way to tie them up to see the view or use the balcony. "Property was so clean and welcoming. Beds and pillows were so comfortable and we were able to get a good sleep. Walk to beach access is very close. Back patio is very nice to sit and hang out. Manager was very nice and patient with questions. I will be coming back!"
