$90 RESORT FEE DUE UPON ARRIVAL TO LONG ISLAND VILLAGE RESORT. 1 bed/1bath inside this beautiful gated resort! Fully equipped kitchen has pots and pans, cutlery. Large Covered porch/patio with GRILL! Ceiling fan in the bedroom, Roku/Smart Tv & free 5G wifi. Fantastic outdoor deck/patio area that is great to entertain friends & family with the outdoor grill & BBQ. Sleeps 4 people comfortably with couch. With our cottage you get starter kits of toilet paper and paper towels. (W/D) in unit. Fish, swim, golf or do nothing but relax. Resort has SO MUCH to offer! Community has outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, fitness, golf, tennis,PICKLEBALL, billboards and miniature golf! There is a pet park basketbsall and shuffleboard.Resort also hosts bingo night every Friday, Weekly Card Games, Arts & Crafts Room, Dance Lessons, Shuffleboard & so much MORE! 5 min to beach! You'll never be board staying at Long Island Village!
*Please note upon check in there is a $90 resort fee due to Long Island Village.

We had a great stay in this newly remodeled cottage, I will call it, in Long Island Village. The deck is a wonderful space to hang out and the gas grill provided worked perfect! This gates community is very secure with a 24 hour guard on duty. The many people walking and driving golf carts are very friendly and welcoming. The cottage is well equipped with everything you would need. We had one small issue with the refrigerator that was handled by Serena quickly! All and all I would recommend this cottage for rental to anyone. Thank you

The house was perfect for my husband and I. It was clean and had all that we needed. The bed was comfy and the pillows were fluffy. The deck was nice to sit and relax outside. Serena was fast getting back to us if we had a question. We will surely rent the house again.😊
