"Pros-walking distance to the beach Cons-everything else, pictures are deceiving, the house did serve its purpose they could have paid a little more attention to detail. It was dusty, utensils were still dirty, no communication or response from the owner, unable to access the garage or use laundry facility. Needs upgrades and a lot more maintenance needed to the house. But we had a great time in South Padre and made it work. Would not book through this company again."
