Air-conditioned house T3 70m2 (sleeps 7) in a quiet area in the lake district, renovated in 2017, comprising 1 hall with open kitchen, 1 corner bar, 1 living room with bay window opening onto a large terrace, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 3 bunk beds and 1 double bed on the mezzanine. Close to all amenities, you can easily access it on foot. Sea at 900m by the wild coast, shops at 500m, SNCF train station at 1200m and lake at 50m.
Spend a pleasant holiday sunbathing on the terrace or on the beach while the children enjoy the sea.
You do not want to cook, no worries, order by phone and go get the dishes cooked on foot or by bike.
And end your day in "high-end" mattresses to spend a great night in the cool with air conditioning!

Maison parfaite pour nous 7 ( avec 3 enfants). Super bien équipée. Seuls bémols : salle de bain très petite et problème de stationnement devant la maison.

Séjour agréable, soleil, chaleur au rendez vous. Plage et sorties au programme de la famille Concernant la location, rien à dire. Conforme au descriptif, quartier calme, maison bien équipée, plages et commerces à proximité et le plus par ces fortes chaleurs, la climatisation, qui a permis de passer de bonnes nuits. Garderons un bon souvenir de notre séjour

Beau logement dans son ensemble. Peu de monde hors periode, ce qui est agreable. Logement un peu éloigné des commerces et de la plage avec des enfants en bas age. Une verification plus pointilleuse vis a vis du menage serait à faire. (Presence de cheveux dans la douche, sol non lavé). Les assises des chaises de cuisines sont en tissu et tachées, ainsi que le canapé. Ma femme a du refaire le menage a l'arrivée et a du nettoyer le sol plusieurs fois dans la semaine pour decaper. Il faudrait nettoyer les filtres des climatiseurs car ils envoient beaucoup de poussieres. (Certainement colmatés)

Une maison très propre et super bien équipée. De grands placards avec vaisselles, électroménagers, tout y est ! Maison fonctionnelle pour une famille avec 3 enfants, nous avions même une chambre de libre, peut accueillir 7 personnes.

Nous avons passés une très agréable semaine à Port La Nouvelle ! La maison est très agréable : spacieuse (nous étions 5) très propre. Il y a tout l'équipement nécessaire en électroménager et en matériel de cuisine. La terrasse reste ombragée en partie ce qui n'est pas négligeable pour les repas. La literie est excellente et la climatisation est très appréciable. Port La Nouvelle est une station balnéaire charmante en famille. Les plages sont très belles. Famille avec un jeune enfant et 2 adolescents tout le monde a trouvé son compte. ! Nous recommandons à 100% !

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Port la Nouvelle. La maison est très bien pour les vacances au bord de la mer. Elle est très bien équipée et propre. Le voisinage est super sympa.

Très bon accueil par les propriétaires. Très bon séjour. Maison globalement très confortable. Les seuls petits désagréments sont liés au bruit: - par grand vent(tramontane), - par le chauffage/climatisation pour les éventuels occupants de la mezzanine. - par le chauffage d'appoint dans le séjour.

Salle de bains un peu petite pour famille avec enfants en bas âge. Balai serpillière inadapté pour lavage efficace .Distances évaluées à vol d'oiseau (difficiles pour des personnes ayant des difficultés à marcher).Maison très agréable,bien équipée et bord de mer animé même en fin de saison. Villa très bien équipée avec climatisation. Comme la plupart des maisons de Port la Nouvelle , les chambres sont situées sous le toit ce qui rend la climatisation indispensable par forte chaleur. Proximité avec une grande surface ce qui compense l'éloignement de la plage. Un parking affecté à proximité de l'habitation simplifierait le positionnement du véhicule.
