"Needs Air Conditioning for cooling and heating Need a bigger heater as one small fan heater is not big enough to heat the apartment Some numbers in the garage as to where the apartments are would be handy so u dont go up one elevator and find out that it is the other elevator. Numbers on the garage doors or the walls so u know where to park. Other than that views are stunning"

"Nice unit in good location. Car parking not so good especially if you have a trailer/boat. Need to let guest know not to take trailer /boat to the rear garage as it is impossible to turn. Plenty of stairs to unit, it will keep you fit. Also needs aircon or fan in the living area."

"This place was considerably cheaper than similar places and hence we feel it was value for money, the furnishings are older but we where there for a beach not to stay inside. There are small portable fans but no AC. Overall happy with this place"

"Such a lovely unit, beautifully clean, warm soft bedding. Light and bright. We loved that there was great security lighting so as two women coming home late we felt very safe. Just down the road fron the beach and a great cafe and patisserie. Nice quiet street and only minutes frim the cafes and restaurants in town. We will be definitely staying here again."

The unit is surprisingly spacious and both bedrooms are a good size. The balcony seating is cleverly done as theres a table/bar that doubles as ballistrade.
