"My family loves to stay at this hotel we've been coming down from Pennsylvania for the last 3 years. It's only a 25 minute drive to Rehoboth Beach but the rates are much cheaper. We love the quietness and cleanliness and proximity to many dining options. Grotto Pizza and Buffalo Wild Wings are right there in the same parking lot basically. You have the Royal Farms gas station and convenience store on the other side as well which is great for snacks and filling your tank between trips. Liquor store just opened up right next door so you can be in and out with a bottle of cold wine in a minute or two. The outdoor pool is small but gets the job done. The staff is always very friendly and accomodating. Highly recommended for families of 4 or less on a budget."

"Motel was fine , Expedia was terrible, terrible . The booking arrangements for my employers was not good. They would not take my full payment in advance so the employers had to pay on arrival and check in"

"Exceeded my expectations. When traveling on my own I prioritize safety, then cleanliness. This hotel gets 5 out of 5 for both. Bonus was the bed was super comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. Free breakfast had a lot of options as long as you could eat gluten. For those of us with an allergy/celiac there weren’t any good options besides Dannon yogurt and apples. I was driving Maine to NC and this was the perfect place to stop for the night. Shout out to Brandon at the front desk!"
