Beautiful 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath. Private Fishing Pier. Newly Renovated..

  • Margaritaville is a beautiful home that is perfect for anyone. In this home the living room offers a large screen smart tv and is great for lounging around. The kitchen has all new appliances and a beautiful feel. The dinning room is very warm and inviting. All of which are located in one very large space making gathering easy and comfortable. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms and 2 bath, downstairs has 1 bedroom and bathroom. The deck over looks the bay with an amazing view. This home has a 500 foot lighted private pier with a pier house at the end for escaping the weather. The backyard offers plenty of shade and relaxing space with a covered patio and gazebo with a bluethooth speaker. Also a great foosball table for hours of fun.
