"Third year in a row fishing at Port Mansfield the second time staying at this house. Everyone loves it. The upgrades to pier are awesome fishing was fabulous. The house is everything you would imagine. Great outdoor patio were we hung out the most. Looking forward to seeing you next year"

"I had an awesome experience staying at this house. It is on the ground floor, so no hauling coolers and bags upstairs. It was very clean with a spacious living area, brand new shower curtains, and brand new towels. I really enjoyed the front parking area and was easy for in/out access with my boat. Overall great stay."

"This is a great property right on the water in Port Mansfield, good for fishing, relaxing and enjoying the scenery. The private dock is about 300 yrds long, has lights, and great for fishing 24/7. Direct access to the water with our kayaks was challenging as the seawall and dock are too high to enter comfortably, but there was a space on the lot next door that had storm drains and easy entry. Water depth at the end of the dock is about 4ft but has tons of fish, especially at night. The home was comfortable but has no dishwasher, which was fine for us. There is a washing machine but no dryer available, so that wasn't used either. The weather was bad one day and we were able to connect our phone to the TV but otherwise could not get channels. Very comfortable beds, baths and living room space. No spices at all so come prepared. Great parking and deck for chilling out, and lots of deer in the area."
