Really enjoyed the stay. Easy in and out, near boat launch so if you aren't fishing there is noise in the morning. you can see intercoastal waterway from raised porch. nice furniture and well stocked with kitchen needs.

The property is clean, spacious, conveniently located to the boat ramp, great view from the balcony. Tom is very responsive. Only request would be better water pressure in the shower. But it was still a great place to stay! I am a repeat guest and plan to continue to stay there on future trips.

Fishing Vacation

Had a little fishing vacation with just my Son and I. Chose this place because of its location and great ratings, and I'm really glad I did. Tom was very easy to get ahold of, and answered any questions I had both before and during our stay. This was by far the best stocked Vrbo we've stayed at, as anything we might have forgotten was there. It's also a great place if you bring your boat down for the trip, due to the great parking situation under the condo. And after a long day on the water, it's nice to sit on the deck with a cold one and watch the sun go down. We'll definitely come back, next time we're in the area!! Thanks again Tom!!
