Guess what after hunting for them both pools were out of action which was neglected to be informed to us at booking and also at reception. "I’ve stay for a second week in a row at this magnificent place with my family. Cinthia at the front desk was very accommodating, and she even was able to upgrade our room, to a main floor suite, since we we carrying lots of luggage this time, and it was better than use the stairs.
