"I really liked this place, don't believe the negative reviews. Yes it's on a hill, therefore you get stunning views. If you are fit, it's no problem, especially at night it's an easy walk down to the restaurants on the main strip in Lassi.
The pool area is stunning with very comfortable loungers. The water is a bit cold, but welcome on a hot day. The pool bar is very expensive compared to everywhere else.
The one bedroom apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious with a comfortable bed....

The Alley Hotel

"I had a one night stay in Argostoli as part of a longer trip. The Alley Hotel was absolutely adorable. The staff was friendly and patient. The rooms are so unique and I enjoyed the atmosphere. The breakfast was DELICIOUS. The fresh baked veggies were my favorite part. The Greeks know how to cook eggplant! All in all I was very pleased with my stay and experience. I would stay here again. "

"We have had a wonderful stay at Canale Hotel and Suites. The customer service is outstanding. We took advantage of being collected from the airport and enjoyed a welcome drink on our arrival at the hotel. All of the staff were superb, considerate and looked after us so well. The breakfasts were delicious, and a wide range of Kefalonian dishes were offered.
Our room was spacious, extremely well equipped and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a superb view."

"The hotel is beautifully decorated, had very spacious and the bed was also very comfy. The staff is super kind and helpful, from breakfast staff to cleaning services. The 2 receptionists, Savina and Kostantina were absolute angels and helped me sort out how to get around the island, what to see, where to go and arranged car rental, boat trips and anything else I needed. Couldn't recommend more, my stay was fabulous!"
